Job Requirements Two years' experience in a law office setting preferred Litigation experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills Ability to multitask Ability to work individually as well as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great attention to detail Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills Ability to work overtime.
Job Duties, include but are not limited to:
Formatting pleadings/letters Preparing objections to subpoenas Bate Stamping and redacting documents Filing documents Ordering and indexing records Monitoring task list of assigned attorneys Tracking expenses for assigned attorneys Booking travel Scheduling meetings Conference room calendaring Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, etc.
