As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction through your interactions.
Your duties will include:
- Greeting customers and assisting them with seating - Presenting menus and explaining menu items - Taking customer orders accurately and in a timely manner - Delivering food and beverages to tables promptly - Checking on customers throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction - Processing payments and handling cash transactions To excel in this role, the following skills are essential:
- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional service - Knowledge of the food industry and menu items to assist customers with selections - Ability to bus tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area - Proficiency in food service techniques to deliver orders accurately - Basic math skills for processing payments and making change - Sales skills to promote menu items and upsell when appropriate - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Hospitality mindset to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests - Culinary knowledge to answer customer inquiries about dishes Job Type:
