As a Contract Attorney, you will be responsible for Trust Administration work, client meetings via phone, video and in person, research, and writing activities.

Responsibilities - Work on Trust Administration cases, probate cases and client meetings.
- Conduct research on legal issues related to trusts and probate and some litigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with work product rules.
- Review and analyze cases.
- Assist in the development of trust templates and standard operating procedures - Provide legal advice and guidance on trust-related matters - Manage contract databases and systems, such as Google Suite, Legal Billing etc.
Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of contract Trust and Trust Administration and procurement processes or willingness to be trained and to self learn.
- Experience in trust administration and trust drafting or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with trust and probate law - Proficiency in using trust and other software systems.
