The steaks are Midwest thick-cut corn-fed beef char-broiled over a hardwood fire.
The food is made from scratch using the finest ingredients to create an experience that harkens to the Sierra Mountains of bygone days.
A steakhouse background is a plus but systems and bar experience in a full service, chain restaurant is critical.
You must have at least 2-3 years experience as a salaried full service manager, have an outgoing personality, understand systems and financials, and be great at coaching, training and mentoring your team.
Current GM is moving to another location and Service Manager is being promoted to GM.
$55-65,000 per year base salary depending on experience.
Bonus should average $1500-2000 per year.
Good benefits.
Five day work week, 50-55 hours per week (typically on the low end of the range).
